I have recreated the Old Town community lot McArthur Square using only Maxis objects from the expansion and stuff packs. I have had to make some substitutions but I think that it worked out well. All of the walls, floors, and ground covers used were created by me using HomeCrafter Plus and Adobe Photoshop.
At the top of this entry is a comparison shot of the original McArthur Square in the Sims Unleashed and mine in the Sims 2. Below are more screen shots of the lot and its lay out.
