This is a replica of the Old Town community lot of Sim Central Park from Unleashed for the Sims 2. I used only Maxis objects from the expansion and stuff packs. All of the walls, floors, and ground covers used were made by me using HomeCrafter Plus and Adobe Photoshop.
At the top of this entry is a comparison shot of the original SimCentral Park in Unleashed and mine in Sims 2. Below I've included shots of the lot's lay out and closer looks at the interior and exterior. 
All of the required expansion packs and stuff packs are listed below.
